Statement Regarding Second Team Member Testing Positive for
COVID-19

Bethlehem, PA, March 27, 2020—Wind Creek Bethlehem has been notified that a 2nd and 3rd Team Member have tested positive for COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Both of these Team Members exhibited symptoms after the property closure and were not in close proximity with other Guests or Team Members on property while being symptomatic. We have taken immediate action to inform local and state health officials and will support the appropriate local and state health departments in their efforts if called upon to do so. Since the voluntary closure of Wind Creek Bethlehem, the property has been aggressively deep cleaning the property following the guidelines of the CDC. The property remains closed until further notice. We continue to wish all of those affected by COVID-19 a speedy recovery.

Statement Regarding Property Reopening

Bethlehem, PA, March 25, 2020— Continuing to follow Governor Wolf’s order to close non-essential businesses, the property will not open on Sunday, March 29th. This order remains in effect until further notice. Wind Creek Bethlehem will continue to monitor the news and will communicate a reopen date as soon as it is available. We are looking forward to welcoming our guests back on property as soon as it is safe to do so. Thank you for your patience and please stay safe.

Statement Regarding Team Member Testing Positive for COVID-19

Bethlehem, PA, March 19, 2020— Wind Creek Bethlehem has been notified that a Team Member, who worked on the floor with limited public interaction, has tested positive for COVID-19 (Coronavirus). The Team Member last worked at the property Saturday, March 14th, which is when they first started exhibiting symptoms.

We have taken immediate action to inform local and state health officials and are also in the process of informing both Guests and Team Members who may have come into contact with the Team Member.

Since the voluntary closure of Wind Creek Bethlehem, the property has been aggressively deep cleaning the property following the guidelines of the CDC. The property remains closed with a tentative reopening date of March 29, 2020.

Our commitment to keeping our Guests and Team Members safe is our priority during this time. We wish our affected Team Member a speedy recovery, as well as others suffering from COVID-19.

Voluntarily Suspending Operations

Bethlehem, PA, March 14, 2020— To play our role to help slow the spread of COVID-19 and with a focus on the wellbeing of our employees and guests, Wind Creek Bethlehem will voluntarily close to the public effective 6am Sunday, March 15, 2020, reopening 6am Sunday, March 29, 2020. While there have been no reported cases of COVID-19 at the property, Wind Creek Bethlehem has decided to close as precautionary measure because the health of our community is most important.

During this temporary closure, Wind Creek Bethlehem has committed to paying both salaried and tipped employees.

Wind Creek Bethlehem will continue to work with local and state officials on the evolving situation in the coming weeks. During the closure, the property will undergo a deep cleaning effort to further protect our Guests and Team Members upon reopening.
